Monaco have emerged as the bookmakers' favourites to sign Chelsea's Ashley Cole.
The experienced defender, who hit the headlines last night after it was revealed he had missed out on a spot in England's World Cup squad, will become a free agent in the summer.
Cole is said to have a number of top clubs vying for his signature - with the likes of Real Madrid, Liverpool and Manchester United said to be among his suitors.
However Ligue 1 outfit Monaco are leading the way to sign Cole if the bookmakers are to be believed.
Chelsea ace Cole is said to be keen on staying in the Premier League but has not ruled out the possibility of sealing a move to a top European side.
Monaco have the financial ability to offer Cole one last big pay cheque and are keen on signing a top-class full back.
Former Chelsea boss Claudio Ranieri's side are expected to again spend big in the summer transfer market in order to compete with fellow Ligue 1 moneybags Paris Saint-Germain.
Sky Bet odds on Cole's next club (to sign before September 2, 2014):
Monaco - 1/2
Manchester City - 3/1
Manchester United - 8/1
Liverpool - 12/1
PSG - 12/1
Everton - 16/1
