Arsenal target Serge Aurier claims to be unaware of supposed interest from the north London club, and the Toulouse defender says he will address his future after completing his duties with the Ivory Coast at the World Cup this summer.
Aurier enjoyed an excellent season with Toulouse, scoring six times and providing the same number of assists, which was enough to earn the full-back a place in the Ligue 1 team of the year. Arsenal, it is claimed, are considering the 21-year-old as a possible replacement for Bacary Sagna.
Arsenal appear set to lose Sagna on a free transfer this summer, with Manchester City favourites to conclude a deal for the experienced Frenchman. Aurier, though, insists he will not be contemplating a transfer to Arsenal until he returns from Brazil.
"Arsenal? I do not know,” Aurier told Canal+. “I would have time to think about all this but for now there is the World Cup."
Although Aurier may claim ignorance with regards to interest from Arsenal, the club are reported to have already entered into negotiations over a proposed transfer for the player, who is also able to operate in the centre of defence.
The acquisition of Aurier could cost Arsenal around £10 million.
