Last night's Raw was one of epic proportions, there may not be a world title match at Payback, The Shield and Evolution locked horns, again and John Cena and Bray Wyatt continued to one up each other.
But underneath all of the headline news from last night, was a fantastic divas match between Paige and Alicia Fox. Before the match Alicia cut a promo about how Paige had only been in WWE for six weeks and she doesn't fit in, so she should get out.
She then went on to beat Paige down before the match started, and even though Alicia has been a heel for a good few months, this seemed like a new side of her, she dominated the entire match up delivering some vicious tilt-a-whirl back breakers to Paige before the divas champion hit the Paige Turner from out of nowhere for the win.
Alicia didn't take to kindly to this and tore apart the announce table, throwing a drink over the commentary team and slapping a time keeper before leaving up the ramp with JBL's hat.
This wasn't the end of Alicia Fox's night though and, if reports are to be believed, it seems the former Divas Champion headed backstage to find Stephanie McMahon and sensationally told her that she quits.
This was live on the WWE app, but no word has come out of WWE as of yet as to whether much like Beth Phoenix when she was fired backstage, it's a real dismissal or if it's part of a storyline linked with Damien Sandow, who opened the Raw pre-show last night attempting to drop a CM Punk esc pipebomb.
Who could honestly blame Alicia if she did quit? She, much like Aksana and Rosa Mendes are handled really badly by WWE talent relations, they have been in WWE for years and proved their ability in the ring, but none of them have been given a role on Total Divas or even a shot at the Divas Championship just because they were all heels and friends with AJ.
Whilst Total Divas continues to be on the E network every week WWE have no choice but to put the stars of it on Raw in matches that they are usually going to win, but the divas who spend their time training instead of being a part of a TV show seem to be given little credit for it.
Where's JoJo? She's training to be a WWE diva, she quit Total Divas to pursue that but now she hasn't been seen for months.
If this is a storyline then it can only be good news fro Alicia, who showed last night that she has a feisty side that could take her places in this business, but if not then WWE really needs to manage it's divas better because the ones who can wrestle are being over shadowed by the ones who can't.
