Barcelona and Atletico Madrid will battle it out for the La Liga title on Saturday in one of the most eagerly-awaited matches in this season's La Liga taking place at Camp Nou.

The final and most important game of a season that had been a three-horse race for a long time until Real Madrid lost on Sunday will take place on Saturday evening.  A win for Atletico will hand them their first La Liga title in 19 years.

Barca have the fate of the league in their own hands. A win would guarantee them the title and it would mean they take away the hard work that Atletico have put into this campaign.

During the last five meetings between the two teams, four of the five games have ended in draws and one win has come for Atletico. However, all five matches have been very closely contested.

Barcelona will be hoping that their key players such as Lionel Messi, Cesc Fabregas, Xavi and Andres Iniesta - will end the season on a high by lifting the trophy that once looked like it was heading over to Atletico.

Can Barca bring back the trophy or will Atletico achieve a big shock in the league and claim it  in the home stadium of Barcelona after all of these years?
