Russell Westbrook inspired one of the most dramatic comebacks in NBA history as Oklahoma City Thunder overturned a 13-point deficit to beat The LA Clippers by a point on Tuesday night.
With just 50 seconds left on the clock and trailing by seven, The Oklahoma City Thunder showed their fighting spirit to come back and win by one.
Kevin Durant hit a 3-pointer and followed that with a layup with just 17 seconds left. Westbrook stole the ball when play resumed and OKC got possesion with 11.3 seconds of time remaining following an official review.
Westbrook was fouled by Chris Paul as play restarted and with his side trailing by two he converted the three free-throws to give Thunder the lead by one.
There was even time for Paul to have a chance at redemption as he was driving towards the hoop, but Reggie Jackson stole the ball as time ran out and the Thunder completed the unbelievable turnaround.
