Russell Westbrook is 'Point Godzilla'

The intensity and fierce play of Russell Westbrook is something quite incredible to watch unfold on a basketball court and this new Godzilla-like trailer really captures the explosive competitor that is Westbrook.

Despite the MVP of the NBA being a part of the Thunder squad, the real emotional leader of the unit is the point guard Russell Westbrook.

Reckless in his approach, Westbrook plays with his heart rather than his head and it was perfectly summed up by the closing seconds of the Thunder's game five win over the Los Angeles Clippers.

Westbrook took a ridiculous a three pointer to try win the game and Charles Barkley on 'Inside the NBA' exclaimed: "You really cant take that shot there, he's trying to be the hero simple as that, it's a stupid play."

Despite taking the bad shot, Westbrook is fouled on the play and confidently struts to the free throw line and shows his killer instinct by draining the free throws, the good and the bad of the Thunder point guard.

It's likely that you wont see a change in mentality in Westbrook and perhaps for the better as he wouldn't be the assassin he is, what you have to accept with this exceptionally talented player is that it will frustrating to watch, but it damn sure will be exciting.
