Manchester City defender Aleksandar Kolarov could be set for a switch to Serie A side Roma, according to reports.
The 28-year-old left back has been subject of interest from several Italian sides over the last few months with Roma seemingly set to battle Juventus and Inter Mlian for the Serbian's signature.
Kolarov made 30 league appearances during City's title-winning season, but also played in Serie A for three years whilst with Lazio.
With City having failed to meet the Financial Fair Play regulations they have been told they will not be allowed to spend more than £49million on transfer fees this summer, and therefore may have to free up fund by allowing players to leave the Etihad.
Despite being a prominent figure in the Sky Blues' team, Kolarov is still seen as back-up to first choice full-backs Gael Clichy and Pablo Zabaleta.
Another City man linked with Roma in the past is former England man Micah Richards, who would also look to be leaving Manchester this summer.
