Arsenal look set to keep youngster Chris Willock at the club after offering him a lucrative deal, according to The Daily Mail.

If reports are to be believed, Willock - who is just 16-years-old - has held talks with Emirates officials, and now looks set to commit his future with the club.

The midfielder has been the subject of interest from Manchester United in recent time, with the Red Devils already having his brother - Matty - on their books.

However, it appears that Manchester United won't be able to get their hands on Matty's younger brother. Willock looks set to sign his first professional deal with the club and could even star in the first team as early as next season.

The starlet has already taken part in first team training with the north London outfit in recent time and will now be hoping to push on next season.

Arsenal will be hoping to further improve in the next campaign after securing the FA Cup this season. The Gunners' future looks bright, with Arsene Wenger seemingly still keen on bringing youth through the ranks at The Emirates.
