With the NBA draft lottery been and gone, and the main event coming ever close, the debate about just which players will land with which pick is increasing hour by hour.
While NBA analysts, team officials, and even the prospects themselves try and figure it out for themselves in the coming weeks one league franchise is offering the opportunity for a regular fan to profit.
The Orlando Magic today revealed that they will pay out $100,000 to anyone who can correctly predict the outcome of the first 14 picks come June 26.
If you ask us, $100,000 isn't generous enough for a task like that!
With such a loaded 2014 class, the chances of correctly predicting where the likes of Wiggins, Randle or Embiid will fall is hard enough, never mind continuing the psychic run down to the likes of Doug McDermott or Tyler Ennis.
The Magic are giving you some leeway at least however, with only the number of pick important rather than the team they end up with, therefore alleviating any threat of team trades.
Orlando themselves currently hold the number 12 pick but are unlikely to give any hints in the coming weeks. They have though offered a pair of Magic season tickets to the person who comes closest to achieving the challenge should no one go 14-of-14.
Having just finished with a 23-59 season in 2013-14 we aren't sure if that counts as a prize.
