The LA Dodgers want to win so badly that they will eat each others ears off. Well, not quite, but that's what happened amongst Dodgers minor league teammates during a recent dugout fight Tuesday.

Even though the victim of the bite, Alex Guerrero, will have to go through plastic surgery, he is not willing to press charges against his teammate.

It's alleged that Triple-A teammate Miguel Olivo was responsible for the devastation to Guerrero's ear during the brawl at a minor league in Salt Lake City.

Guerrero is on a $28 million contract with the Dodgers, and it seems like he will have to spend a slice of that money on repairing his ear.

Salt Lake City PD were contacted by the hospital where Guerrero was taken to and treated, but when investigators got there to meet the injured player, the minor league prospect had already made the decision to not press charges, according to TMZ Sports.

"Upon responding to the hospital and interviewing the man, the alleged victim declined to file a complaint," police officials told TMZ. "He didn't want to generate a report."
