Inter Milan are perusing three big Premier League names as their main transfer targets for this summer, according to reports.

President Erick Thohir will fly to London this week to begin talks for Chelsea’s Fernando Torres, while Liverpool’s Lucas and Manchester City’s Javi Garcia are also on his wishlist.

Thohir is hoping that these three players can begin to turn the 2010 Champions League winners into European heavyweights again, after struggling to dominate since winning the competition.

Although Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has said that he expects Torres to stay at Stamford Bridge this summer, the imminent signing of Atletico Madrid’s Diego Costa could cause the Spaniard to want to move elsewhere.

Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers is ready and willing to listen to offers for Lucas, while Javi Garcia has struggled to establish himself as a first team player and cement his place in the starting line-up since joining City two years ago.

Thorir will be arriving in the UK sometime this week to get the wheels in motion for all 3 of these deals.
