Superstar rapper builds basketball court for kids hoops league

Quite a lot of music artists love basketball, especially rappers, and The Game is no different.

His love for the game stretches beyond normal realms, as he has gone about building a regulation size basketball court in his own front yard.

The story gets better though, as the court was specifically built and will be used by a youth basketball team that he helped to fund. Now that's pretty awesome of him.

The rappers sponsors an AAU basketball squad called the California Frog All-Stars, which is a name that honors a friend of his that was murdered last year.

The Game dearly loves basketball and enjoys hosting the kids at his LA home. But rather than be a coach of the kids and the team, the rapper sees his role as more of an owner.

"I'm more like an owner," he told TMZ Sports.

Over the course of his music career The Game has had three separate albums reach the number one spot in the US charts, and now he's taking over b-ball as well.
