Manchester United want a firm answer from Cesc Fabregas regarding his future before this summer's World Cup, according to The Metro.
A number of different reports have indicated that Manchester United are ready to return for the star, who they failed to sign last summer.
The transfer market one-year ago proved a frustrating time for David Moyes' Manchester United, as they failed to land a number of their top targets. The club only managed to secure the signing of Marouane Fellaini, a transfer which was done on deadline day.
And now - with Dutch boss Louis van Gaal in charge at The Theatre of Dreams - it appears the club want to tie up their business as soon as possible.
Fabregas' future at Barcelona remains uncertain, and Manchester United would seemingly love to bring him to Old Trafford.
However, if reports are to be believed, the Spanish international isn't expected to make any decision over his future until the completion of the tournament in Brazil.
Manchester United fans will be hoping that the club can land the likes of Fabregas and Co. as they attempt to regain their Champions League status at the first attempt.
