Highly regarded manager Louis van Gaal, recently appointed as the successor of David Moyes at Old Trafford, will introduce several beneficial components in reintroducing Manchester United's winning ways.

With van Gaal's experience, dedication and expectations expected to play a significant role in United's future campaigns, fans will be envisioning the resurrection of United's undeviating glory.

Historically, van Gaal has remained acclaimed as a manager, succeeding with each club he has managed. Ajax, AZ, Barcelona and Bayern Munich have all benefited from his services, as well as the Netherlands national team, who have been a serious threat in recent years. Louis van Gaal has always praised United when asked about the club publicly.

He has always possessed a desire to manage in the Premiership before his retirement, and Manchester United have always appeared top of his list. With United now desperately anticipating the affects of his managerial prowess, van Gaal will be sure to utilize his remarkable knowledge and experience in the attempt to rebuild a despondent Manchester United.

Louis van Gaal's Dutch roots could also potentially alter United's plans for the summer transfer window, with numerous dutch stars coming into contact with United's enquiries.

Among them is Kevin Strootman, a midfielder who would recreate the firm midfield that United once had. If van Gaal succeeds in agreeing terms with Strootman, United's midfield will profit immediately. As well as helping United to bring in more dutch stars, van Gaal will also help Manchester United's general appeal for transfer targets.

Players dream of working under purposeful and ambitious managers, and there aren't many more power-hungry than van Gaal. United have already been linked with Luke Shaw, Cesc Fabregas and Toni Kroos, as well as other players, and van Gaal's presence and self-assurance will surely amplify their interest.

As committed as David Moyes was, his intentions and aspirations did not mirror those of Sir Alex Ferguson. Moyes was startled by the pressure of maintaining a position at the very top of the football hierarchy, and was unfortunately incapable of completing his demanding tasks in the given time.

Van Gaal on the other hand, will arrive at Old Trafford with the goal of reproducing the magic and dexterity of Sir Alex Ferguson. Louis van Gaal is the correct man for the arduous duty that is managing the most successful football team in English history, and Old Trafford will be singing more than ever in the coming season.
