PSV Eindhoven winger Memphis Depay has revealed that he admires the work of Louis van Gaal.
As reported by The Sun, Depay - who has been named in Van Gaal's provisional squad for this summer's World Cup - has enjoyed a fine campaign in his home country. The forward is just 20-years-old and has been rated at around £15 million.
And now the youngster has admitted that he is a fan of his Dutch coach, amid reports linking him with a move to Premier League champions - and Van Gaal's new club - Manchester United.
Speaking to reporters, the winger said: “I like his way of working.
“With Van Gaal there are no misinterpretations or misunderstandings possible.”
Manchester United fans will now be hoping the Red Devils can land the starlet this summer. After a disastrous season under David Moyes, Manchester United have been tipped to make a number of signing in the up coming market.
United's wingers all struggled at times last season, with the likes of Antonio Valencia, Nani and Ashley Young proving inconsistent.
It remains to be seen as to whether Manchester United step up in their pursuit of the talented Dutchman in the near future, but it looks set to be a busy couple of months at The Theatre of Dreams.
