WWE: Two more matches announced for Payback

Last month's Extreme Rules pay-per-view was historic for one main reason, it was the first time WWE had ever had two recognised British Champions at the same time on it's main roster, but Payback could see that end.

It was announced last night at the Smackdown tapings that Paige will defend her title against the only woman to have beaten her in her WWE career, Alicia Fox. A former Divas Champion herself, Fox has been on a crazy streak as of late.

It seems she has risen from the ashes of what is left of the divas division and challenged Paige in AJ Lee's absence. Many fans still wait on baited breath for the longest reigned divas champion in WWE history to make her return and face Paige for the tile, in what has been called a "fantasy match," as the feud between the two has been compared to the legendary Trish and Lita rivalry in it's heyday.

Many believe Paige and Bad News Barrett were only given the titles so they could each return home during the European Tour wearing gold, and with Barrett defending his Intercontinental Championship against Rob Van Dam on Sunday, his title reign could also come to an abrupt end, which is highly unlikely given the reactions Barrett has been getting as of late, he could be one of the superstars of the year.

Bad News Barrett v Rob Van Dam was announced last week after RVD won the beat the clock challenge, but last night it was announced that The Bulgarian Brute Rusev, (yes he is now just Rusev, no Alexsander, who knows why?) will face perhaps his biggest test on Sunday as he goes one on one with former Intercontinental Champion Big E. The two will know each other well, having both come through the NXT development territory, but Big E will be Rusev and Lana's biggest test to date because he is not like any of the opponents he has faced in his time in WWE.

Rusev has been put in squash matches against the likes of Zack Ryder and Dolph Ziggler and Big E will show him that he is not there to be rolled over.

Theses two matches seem to be the last to be announced and the updated card now sees John Cena and Bray Wyatt collide in a Last Man Standing match, Cesaro and Sheamus meet to decide the United States Championship, Evolution face The Shield in a No Holds Barred Elimination Tag Team Match whilst the kick off show sees the first Hair vs Mask match in years as El Torito takes on Hornswoggle.

Matches like Adam Rose v Jack Swagger and Tag Team Champions The Usos v Luke Harper and Erick Rowan looked likely but are still yet to be announced.

There is also Daniel Bryan's decision to be made, so as thin as Payback looks on the ground, you have to believe The Shield and Evolution will save it much like they did Extreme Rules.
