Tuesday night saw another compelling night of NBA Conference Finals action.

Russell Westbrook guided OKC last night to a 105-93 win over San Antonio, which saw the Thunder tie the series with the Spurs at two-apiece.

Elsewhere, Miami have the chance to earn their spot in the NBA Finals tonight, with the Heat leading the Indiana Pacers 3-1 in their series.

Across to baseball, and the New York Yankees lost 6-0 to the St Louis Cardinals Tuesday night, while the Detroit Tigers edged Oakland Athletics 6-5.

Over in the NHL, Montreal Canadiens kept themselves alive in the Stanley Cup Playoffs with a 7-4 victory over the New York Rangers, with the Rangers still leading the Eastern Conference Finals series 3-2.

And finally, in soccer, the US national team won their first World Cup warm-up game 2-0 against Azerbaijan.
