GiveMeSport contributor Victor Tjörnevik talks us through the perfect transfer business for Serie A outfits Genoa and Torino.

Genoa

Genoa should learn from previous years and be active during this summer transfer window. While president Enrico Preziosi is said to have been in contact with Chinese stakeholders, they should strengthen the offensive outer positions for next season and also try to find an additional central defender.

Four players to buy:

Simone Padoin: He did not get that much playing time at Juventus and he wont get more if he remains there. Genoa has previously been interested and it would be a nice enhancement.

Marco D' Alessandro: A winger who has impressed this season at Cesena in Serie B. He Is still owned by Roma, a club like Genoa often have negotiated with. D'Alessandro is ready for Serie A and would fit perfectly in Gasperinis game system.

Sebastian Giovinco: This would be a Dream Recruitment. If only Giovinco himself is willing to take a "step down" in his career and this would be the thing Genoa need. A creative offensive force and a player that gets the audience to make a pilgrimage to the Marassi.

Daniele Bonera: Maybe it's time for Bonera to leave Milan to get some regular playing time. In Genoa, he would be an important piece in the back line.

Possible lineup next season: Perin; Antonini, Bonera, De Maio, Antonelli; Sturaro, Kucka, Padoin, D' Alessandro, Gilardino, Giovinco.

Torino

Torino are at great risk of losing both Alessio Cerci and Ciro Immobile in summer. How can you build a powerful team with such losses? Sporting director Gianluca Petrachi must find sensible solutions during the summer and may have to change a little in the game system to make things work.

Four players to buy:

Manuel Lanzini: If Torino sells Cerci and a half of co-ownership of Immobile can use some of that money on the River Plate talent Lanzini. Torino will be in great need of new speed and creativity.

Khouma Babacar: A new striker is certainly high on the sporting director Petrachi's list. Perhaps they could buy half of the co-ownership of Fiorentina's strongman Babacar. The striker has had a brilliant season in Modena and is ready for Serie A.

Francesco Lodi: Torino need a midfield conductor who can control the game next season. Previously there has been interest in Lodi and this summer he may be available.

Pablo Barrientos: To cover potential losses of Cerci and Immobile and also a much needed new offensive force. Barrientos is a player who can work well in Torino's offensive.

Already signed: Bruno Peres

Possible lineup next season: Padelli, Bovo, Glik, Moretti, Darmian, Kurtic, Lodi, Peres, Barrientos, Babacar, Lanzini.
