The Heat led the series 3-2 going into game six and they were relentless all game with LeBron James and Chris Bosh both scoring 25 points.
The Heat outscored the Pacers in the first three quarters on their way to victory as LeBron was the star on the night.
With 25 points, four rebounds and six assists, LeBron led the Heat on the night but not the game as a great effort by Indiana's Paul George saw him score 29 points in the game.
Miami become the third NBA franchise in history to reach four consecutive NBA finals and join the Los Angeles Lakers and the Boston Celtics with the achievement.
As for the Pacers, their very impressive season has come to an end and their fans will surely be hoping to see improvement over the off-season.
The San Antonio Spurs and the Oklahoma City Thunder are still competing the Western Conference final with the Spurs up 3-2 going into game six on Saturday and the winner booking a huge NBA final series with the Miami Heat.
