Porto are the latest club to join the race to sign Barcelona winger Cristian Tello, who has also attracted transfer interest from Arsenal and Liverpool.
TalkSPORT reports how the 22-year-old has been heavily linked with a move away from Camp Nou this summer, with a number of top European clubs courting his signature.
Gunners boss Arsene Wenger is a known admirer of the former Spain U21 international, and has been credited with a desire to bring him to the Emirates ahead of the 2014/15 campaign.
Brendan Rodgers has also been keeping tabs on Tello's situation at Barcelona as he looks to strengthen his Anfield squad in preparation for Liverpool's return to the Champions League next season.
However, both Arsenal and Liverpool's prospective transfer plans have suffered a setback after Julen Lopetegui emerged as a rival contender for the £10 million-rated star's services.
The recently appointed Porto manager knows Tello well from his time coaching Spain's youth teams, having previously held roles with the U19, U20 and U21 squads prior to his appointment at Estadio do Dragao.
It's not yet clear whether new Barcelona boss Luis Enrique wants to keep Tello, but the suggestions are that providing someone meets the Catalan club's valuation of the talented wide-man then he'll be allowed to leave in the forthcoming transfer window.
