Cm Punk may not be focussing on wrestling right now but that has given the WWE superstar plenty of time to focus on one of his true passion - hockey.
It wasn't a good night for Punk Sunday however.
With his beloved Chicago Blackhawks having crashed out of the NHL playoffs last night after an epic 5-4 defeat to the LA Kings the wrestler was forced to add insult to injury Monday when he made good on a bet regarding his team's progression.
As the picture above shows, CM Punk was forced to stand outside the Blackhawks' home arena, the United Center, whilst wearing a Kings jersey after making a bet with the LA franchises' mascot Bailey the Lion:
"A bet is a bet, lion. Thanks for the sweater? Congrats to the western conference champions @LAKings," wrote Punk on alongside the picture.
The bet originated back on May 18, the night the Blackhawks had opened up a 1-0 series lead against the Kings as both teams sought to reach the 2014 Stanley Cup Finals.
The LA Kings will now face the New York Rangers in the final showdown, whilst CM Punk will have time to reassess his own future with the Blackhawks not taking to the ice anytime soon.
Punk hasn't been seen in the WWE ring since January and continues to leave fans and the organization out of the loop when the subject of his return is under discussion.
