EA Sports never rest - fresh off the back of their World Cup FIFA video game the console behemoth has released its first official gameplay trailer for FIFA 15 at the E3 Conference.

It's not quite time to consign your £49.99 copy of FIFA 14 to the waste bin just yet, but it's getting depressingly close.

Because you know as much as you'll try and avoid buying the latest update, it will be basically impossible.

And EA Sports have really gone all out here to big up the latest incarnation. Idris Elba, whose voice is in danger of becoming ubiquitous, takes us through the drama of a Luis Suarez free-kick, a Manchester City goal celebration and various other little set-pieces.

It all looks great, admittedly not too different from FIFA 14 - but it can't get too much more lifelike on the current gen consoles.

Aaron Ramsey also squares up to a Tottenham rival at one point, so there's something in there for Arsenal and Spurs fans.

But basically these things are glorified movie trailers and we find out next to nothing about actual gameplay. A little more info would have been nice, but would do EA Sports care? They know I'll be queueing up regardless. (I'll probably just order online actually).
