This week's Raw began with a major announcement, not only was it apparently going to be the last night we see The Shield, but Daniel Bryan was officially stripped of the WWE World Heavyweight Championship, on doctors orders after his own doctor told The Authority that Daniel would not be recovered in time for Money in the Bank.

This means that the Money in the Bank ladder match will now be for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship as a new champion is set to be crowned at the event. This means there will be no briefcase up for grabs and takes a lot of excitement out of WWE for the next year because the "cash in" was always one of the best build up's the business created.

This wasn't even the part most fans were looking forward to, last week we saw one of the biggest shocks in WWE history as Seth Rollins turned on his brothers and officially broke up The Shield, this week fans wanted answers and sure enough Seth Rollins dressed in a suit and boasting a new theme song headed to the ring and talked about the fact that it was him who created The Shield so he had a right to destroy it.

This angered Roman and Dean who headed to the ring seeking revenge but Seth was saved by The Wyatt's before John Cena made the save on their behalf. This was a great bit of work by WWE because we all knew Roman and Dean would want to get there hands on Seth but if they beat him down last night then there would be nothing left to build up to, but the Seth v Dean match at Money in the Bank looks to be heading for an explosive building.

Elsewhere Cesaro and Sheamus took two places in the Money in the Bank match after beating foes Rob Van Dam and Bad News Barrett, they now join Randy Orton and Alberto Del Rio in the match for the world title.

Rusev and Zack Ryder continued their apparent feud with another squash match that was over in merely minutes as Zack tapped and Rusev was made to look as dominant as ever.

Paige continued her run of form as she took on Alicia and again forced her to tap to the PTO before she again freaked out but this time she attacked her own friend Aksana.

And Goldust this week teamed up with R-Truth in another losing effort but Cody assured him he had found a great replacement for next week.

John Cena teamed up with Dean and Roman against The Wyatts and helped them to get the win which sparked rumours that John Cena could be joining The Shield, technically this can't happen, if Seth created the group then he owns all rights to it including the name, so they can no longer use it. Which means even if they do gain a third member The Shield can no longer be called The Shield.

Many fans were left confused by Raw this week but they know what they are doing and hopefully all will become clear soon.
