On this week's episode of Smackdown Bray Wyatt defeated current rival Dean Ambrose to qualify for the Money in the Bank ladder match for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at the pay-per-view of the same name.

This leaves just one slot in the match after Alberto Del Rio, Randy Orton, Sheamus and Cesaro already took the other four places and it is heavily rumoured that John Cena will be taking the final place after he qualifies through his match on next week's episode of Raw.

This will guarantee some form of malice in the match if Bray and John clash again as well as Cesaro and Sheamus both of which only faced off just over a week ago at Payback.

Many people already realised that Dean Ambrose wasn't going to qualify for the Money in the Bank ladder match because he doesn't have his sights set on the title, he has his sights set on rearranging former Shield member Seth Rollins' face, which means they look set to have a match, a match that should be announced next week on Raw.

Whilst his "brother" Roman Reigns opponent looks to be a little up in the air since Randy Orton has been put into the ladder match and he isn't set to face Triple H until Summerslam.

WWE are also yet to announce the second ladder match that will be for the traditional briefcase for the up and coming superstars and Roman Reigns could instead be a part of that match and hold the briefcase and the option of a title match, which would cement his place as the future of the company if he successfully cashes it in.

All that being said there is still no news on the Main Event for the pay-per-view because WWE were still holding out the hope of Daniel Bryan v Kane but now this is highly unlikely it seems the ladder match could instead be the main event and the closing moment of Money in the Bank will be the crowning of a new champion.

So far the Money in the Bank pay-per-view is building up to be one of the best this year and just the thing fans will need after the disappointment of Payback and the confusing nature of the whole Daniel Bryan situation as well as the fact that WWE current doesn't have a champion or a face of the company but thankfully, all that will change in two weeks.
