GiveMeSport brings you the big news from US sport...

We start off in the NHL, where the New York Rangers won their first game of the Stanley Cup Final series last night.

A 2-1 victory in Madison Square Gardens against the LA Kings prolonged the series but the Rangers still trail 3-1 going into Game Five.

In the NBA meanwhile, Game Four of the Finals takes place tonight in Miami with the San Antonio Spurs up 2-1 in the series.

The Heat are looking to bounce back from a humbling Game Three defeat as they welcome the Spurs to the American Airlines Arena.

Over in baseball, the Oakland A’s won their 40th game of the season overcoming the Los Angeles Angels by an emphatic 7-1 score line.

And finally in the NFL, reports suggest Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch is planning on missing the franchise’s mandatory minicamp next week – a move that could land him a $70,000 fine.
