The World Cup is upon us, and the whole world is watching - including some of the top superstars from the WWE.

And one wrestler with a great deal of interest in this summer's tournament is Englishman Wade Barrett. The 33-year-old, who has starred in the industry for a number of years, is usually the bearer of bad news.

However, on this occasion, Bad News Barrett has delivered some good news for fans of Roy Hodgson's side. In fact, he's delivered a stern warning to England's rivals, insisting that this is the year of The Three Lions.

It's extremely likely that Barrett will be a keen spectator for England's first match in Brazil tomorrow evening as Hodgson's side take on Italy at the Arena Amazonia.

The Three Lions will be desperate to secure the three points against the Italians as they look to make an early statement in Group D. England will, however, have to contend with the likes of Mario Balotelli and Andrea Pirlo tomorrow evening.

But, if they go into the game with a similar mindset to that of Barrett, then they will be in confident mood ahead of tomorrow's showdown.

Italy, Uruguay and Co. take note, Steven Gerrard and the boys will be picking up that World Cup trophy next month.

WWE fans: Barrett and his fellow superstars will be back in the UK in November for yet another Live UK Tour.
