Soccer players dream of playing in a World Cup, but to actually score in the big tournament is an experience all to itself.
USA defender John Brooks Jr had that feeling yesterday when he scored the winning goal for his national team in the World Cup opener against Ghana in the 86th minute.
Brooks Jr didn't expect to be on the field, having started on the bench. And this must have only added to his sheer excitement and disbelief at scoring the winning goal.
He first pulled away with huge excitement but that was soon followed by an extremely overwhelmed feeling that made him fall to the ground.
