Real Madrid are preparing a formidable bid of more than £30 million for Manchester United starlet Adnan Januzaj.
Januzaj has been branded as the next big thing at Old Trafford, and Real are looking to bolster their ranks by signing the Belgium international this summer.
Manchester United though are adamant not to sell, and it will not be easy for Carlo Ancelotti to lure the young star from Old Trafford.
However, Red Devils boss Louis van Gaal has shown interest in signing midfielder Sami Khedira from Los Blancos and Januzaj could be used as leverage to bring the German holding midfielder to Manchester.
Debuting back in September, Januzaj took Old Trafford by storm and managed four goals and three assists. Currently on international duty, the youngster has been the subject of a lot of talk; most recently on his choice of country.
Eligible to play for a bagful of countries - Belgium, as well as Albania, Turkey or Serbia, he finally chose to pledge allegiance to Marc Wilmots's side and is now participating in the World Cup with the Red Devils.
If there is a club that can prise Januzaj away from Manchester United, it is Real Madrid. However, with other, more experienced players on their agenda, the Belgian will not be on the top of Real’s priorities.
