The World Cup has overshadowed transfer activity over the past week or so, but there are many top Premier League stars who will be starting to think about their long term futures. 

In fact, there will be players from England's elite division who are currently starring in Brazil that will have potential transfer switches at the back of their minds. 

And, some stars may look to move from one Premier League club to another this summer. 

In the last couple of years, we've seen the likes of Robin van Persie join Manchester United, Fernando Torres join Chelsea and Samir Nasri join Manchester City, and the some top names could be on the move yet again this summer. 

Done deals 

In fact, we've already seen the likes of Rickie Lambert swap Southampton for Liverpool and Bacary Sagna leave Arsenal behind for Manchester City.
