With Brands trying everything to associate themselves with the World Cup. Samsung following on from their Galaxy 11 campaign were left red faced when tweeting Landon Donovan to wish him good luck in the Portugal game, with the American star not even in Brazil.

Lionel Messi and Ageuro showed off their skills in training by playing keepy uppies over a fence! Not your typical training exercise, but who can argue when you’re that good! See the full video here.

Selfies have taken over social media, and you can’t look down your news feed without seeing one. But when the Belgium team met the King of Belgium after qualifying for the round of 16, the players couldn’t resist!
