Monday Night Raw was in Washington DC two nights ago and WWE Superstar Bad News Barrett had some cutting words ready for the hometown crowd before his match with Dolph Ziggler. 

Barrett took aim at the Washington Redskins on Monday night as he entered the arena before his contest with Ziggler and blasted the NFL Franchise by describing them as "Racist" and "Constantly losing".

Less than one week ago the United States patent office cancelled the Redskins trademark and Barrett took full advantage of this fact.

The WWE superstar who is quite literally the bearer of bad news announced to the crowd that Ziggler would be so embarrassed by their match that he would change name and which set him up perfectly to berate the hometown's NFL franchise.

In full Barrett exclaimed: "Dolph is going to be so embarrassed he will be forced to change his name, just like your racist, constantly losing NFL team."

He was greeted with a chorus of boo's in the Verizon Center as he strolled down to the ring before facing Ziggler in what turned out to be a stellar match and probably the best of the night.

Bad News Barrett would go on to be victorious in the match with Ziggler and retain his Intercontinental Championship. 

Just who is Bad News Barrett?

Wade Barrett who you have noticed from his accent, is an English wrestler currently plying his trade in the WWE.

Barrett made his debut on Raw in 2010 and is the raining Intercontinental Champion at this present time in the WWE.

This is the fourth occasion that Barrett has held the Intercontinental title and has even challenged for the WWE Championship at three separate pay-per-view events.

Bad News Barrett according to WWE.com measures in at incredible 6 foot 7 and is trained in bare knuckle brawling.

His character is described as cunning and arrogant, he also imbued's a confidence and elegance in the ring to compliment his impressive strength.

His interludes are a prominent feature on Raw as he will let everyone in the arena know "I have some bad news" which has become a popular catch phrase throughout the entire WWE Universe.
