Serie A Champions Juventus, have made their intentions perfectly clear by offering Real Madrid €20 million for Arsenal and Wolfsburg target Alvaro Morata, according to leading Spanish football source, The Marca.
Juventus moved into pole position to sign the talented Spanish under-21 international when they tabled a €12 million offer to Real Madrid last week, well below the overpriced €30 million the club are looking for.
Arsenal and Wolfsburg interest
Arsene Wenger has wanted to bring the 21-year old striker to the Emirates Stadium for some time now, however recent reports have suggested that he has become the number one target for Bundesliga side Wolfsburg, backed by German car manufacturer Volkswagen.
Reports have suggested that the German side had offered the Spaniard €17 million for a new life in the Bundesliga, however latest news coming out of Turin suggests that Antonio Conte is close to landing the frontman.
Morata impressed at the Bernabeu last season with nine goals, despite limited opportunities, and he is well down the pecking order in Madrid when you consider that Ancelotti's has Bale, Ronaldo and Benzema at his disposal.
Morata interested in Juventus move
The 21-year old is thought to be very interested in a move to Juventus, especially considering they can offer the striker Champions League football, and reports coming out of Turin are that the club have increased their offer to €20 million.
Juventus will also include a €25 million buy-out clause for Los Blancos if they want to bring the player back to the Bernabeu down the line.
If Morata makes the move to Turin he could find himself linking up with Barcelona's Alexis Sanchez who is also on the shopping list of Antonio Conte.
Morata top moments
The Chilean has shown an interest in joining international team-mate Arturo Vidal at Juventus however he remains at the heart of a possible swap deal between Barcelona and Liverpool involving Luis Suarez.
