WWE announced late last night that they had in-fact swerved their decision to release former NXT diva Emma and actually keep her on the roster. They will instead punish her in a different way.

This comes after social media yesterday was full of complaints as to why Emma was being singled out and released for theft when superstars like Real American Jack Swagger who had been arrested for DUI had somehow managed to keep their job with the company.

The Australian diva was the subject of a lot of rumours concerning her release yesterday as some fans thought that because she had committed a crime in The United States her visa had in fact been revoked so WWE had no choice but to fire her because she was not entitled to work without her visa.

This obviously doesn't seem to be the case because WWE released another statement which read:

"Upon further evaluation, WWE has reinstated Tenille Dashwood (WWE Diva Emma) but will take appropriate punitive action for her violation of the law."

Many speculate that this means she will perhaps sit out a month long suspension for the theft which occurred on Monday afternoon but WWE would then allow her to continue her contract which would see her back in time for WWE's biggest part of the Summer.

This is still bad news for the diva because even though she has been reinstated she will not be allowed back on TV for a while, WWE proved this when they kept her off away from the screen on Monday.

Santino can continue to appear without her but then they have to find a way to slot her back into the divas division and with the Funkadactyls about to enter a rivalry which should be decent viewing and AJ Lee and Paige about to headline the divas division for at least the next few months, there would be no place for the former NXT superstar. It is possible she will be left to start from the bottom and climb her way back up again.

Natalya has found herself back in NXT as of late as she fought for the NXT Divas Championship merely weeks ago but failed to capture it as she was defeated by Ric Flair's daughter Charlotte. This could be where Emma could be sent back to, the place where it all started for her and the place her wacky dance first became famous.
