This summer's World Cup has been labelled as one of the greatest of all time. Goals have been flowing, stars have been born and teams have really arrived on the greatest stage of them all.

The likes of Costa Rica, USA, James Rodriguez and Guillermo Ochoa have been the success stories. Lionel Messi has finally arrived at a World Cup, but Cristiano Ronaldo has become more frustrated than ever before with his 'average' teammates.

And, as we approach the semi-final stage of the competition, no one can be certain of who will claim the ultimate prize next Sunday:The World Cup has delivered.

But, there are a few superstars who could have made it even better. We're going to take a look at five of the forgotten men: Stars who may well have been slightly jealous watching their club teammates in action in Brazil.
