Chelsea are set to be busy indeed in the transfer market this summer, with Jose Mourinho having already moved to complete deals for Cesc Fabregas and Diego Costa.

These are unlikely to be the only acquisitions for the club over the coming weeks as Mourinho bids to reinforce a team that uncharacteristically were unable to win any trophies during his return campaign.

But while several players are set to arrive at Stamford Bridge, many others are likely to see their respective Chelsea careers ended as Mourinho looks to make room for his new stars.
