Football News

Lebron News

First to the NBA, where Lebron Watch is still going strong. Hapless Cavs fans waited outside James house for completely no reason last night, while Lebron himself was in Las Vegas at his basketball camp.

King James returned to Miami on a plane with Dwayne Wade, and is expected to fly out to Brazil to watch the World Cup final. No decision is likely to be made before then.

Tanaka Injury

Over to baseball, where it’s bad news for Yankees fans. Star rookie Masahiro Tanaka is expected to miss the next two months of action.

The righty pitcher has a partially torn UCL in his throwing arm, but fortunately will not need Tommy John surgery.

Toronto and Barcelona

And finally to MLS, where Toronto FC are trying to become a bit more European. T

FC are adopting Barcelona’s motto More Than A Club in an attempt to interact more with their fans and community. Not a bad team to copy.

Anyway, that’s all for this week. Check back Monday.
