WWE Battleground is this Sunday night and as the final Pay-Per-View before the biggest party of the summer, it could be quite eventful.
There are some matches that should be nothing less than entertaining and some that are quite frankly nothing but a time killer.
Rumours have been circulating that Damian Sandow and Adam Rose have been pulled from the Intercontinental Title battle royal in order for a match between them to take place.
The validity of that rumour is yet to be confirmed but with matches like Rusev against Swagger, Seth Rollins against Dean Ambrose and Bray Wyatt against Chris Jericho it should be a great event.
There is one match that I'm more interested in though, unsurprisingly, it happens to be the main event - the fatal-4-way for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship between John Cena, Roman Reigns, Randy Orton and Kane.
I believe that the outcome of this match will bring about a sinking feeling for the WWE Universe - but only for about 24 hours.
A look to the future **POTENTIAL SPOILERS**
First things first, my prediction for the match will be a John Cena win, I think he'll retain his title in a typically miraculous/ Cena way.
So why will the WWE Universe lose? Quite simply because Cena's 15th title reign will continue and that will be yet another unoriginal plan regarding the title.
This is a theory I've had since Money in the Bank and it stems from logic, but also what is going to come next.
This past Monday night on RAW, Triple H and Stephanie were discussing their plans for Battleground - plan A being Orton winning the fatal-4-way match and plan B having Seth Rollins cash in Money in the Bank on Cena/ Reigns should they win.
They were then interrupted by Paul Heyman who offered up an enigmatic plan C, no details were held but two theories were concocted by the WWE Universe - one quite spectacular and the other what will actually happen.
Some people thought that the C in plan C could be representative of the return of CM Punk who has previously been associated with Heyman.
But the far more realistic is the return of the beast, the next big thing who is now the current big thing, Brock Lesnar.
Lesnar's return has been much anticipated ever since he defeated the Undertaker and ended the streak at WrestleMania XXX.
Now he is expected to return as soon as this coming Monday night on RAW and challenge the champion to a match at SummerSlam.
No proof for the theory that Cena will win yet though right? Well there was a slip up, a leak whatever you want to call it, there is a video which may be showing the truth.
So it looks like Lesnar v Cena is planned for SummerSlam and if it comes to fruition it should be a great match.
The return of Lesnar and his clash with Cena impending, is why the WWE Universe will win in the end since their last clash - at Extreme Rules 2012 was a modern classic.
