Eisfeld at Arsenal

Eisfeld struggled to make an impression throughout his short stint in north London, despite being highly rated upon his arrival. Having played a number of times at youth level for the club, the youngster only managed to make two competitive appearances for the first-team, with his debut coming in Arsenal's bizarre 7-5 victory over Reading in the League Cup in 2012.

The youngster now, though, will embark upon a new challenge in London at Championship outfit Fulham. Felix Magath's side will be desperate to return to the Premier League at the first attempt this season, and Eisfeld will be hoping to make a huge impression in England's second tier.

Arsene Wenger

Arsene Wenger, meanwhile, will now be focussing on getting his team ready for the start of the 2014/15 season. The Gunners are set to play the New York Red Bulls this weekend, as the Wenger looks to embed his new signings into the side.

It has certainly been a busy summer for Wenger and Co. so far, with the Gunners having already purchased the likes of Alexis Sanchez from Barcelona and Mathieu Debuchy from Newcastle United. Eisfeld, though, joins Bacary Sagna in departing the north London outfit side this summer.

It remains to be seen as to whether Wenger will further add to his side before the start of the new season, but Gunners fans will certainly be excited ahead of the 2014/15 campaign. Arsenal will be looking to continue their progress after landing FA Cup silverware in 2013/14, and fans will be hoping the club can improve on their fourth place Premier League finish of last term.
