Liverpool’s breathtakingly amazing strike force has slightly changed from last season, but will they still be as good and can a serious challenge for the title actually be mounted?

With the sale of the Premier League’s top goalscorer last season, Luis Suarez to Barcelona, Liverpool had found themselves in a potentially precarious position with the 2014/15 title in mind.

Brendan Rodgers has moved to reinforce his forward options with the acquisitions of Rickie Lambert and Adam Lallana, while a deal for young Belgian Divock Origi appears to be edging closer.

Now, what was the all conquering SAS from last season could become LOL, plus Daniel Strurridge.

Suarez and Sturridge were undoubtedly the Premier League’s best strike force last season, but can this year’s forwards stand up to the 52 goals SAS tallied up together last season?
