Manchester United star man Wayne Rooney met up with Red Devils legend David Beckham before their big pre season clash against LA Galaxy.

"Now it's time to get ready for our match later against LA Galaxy!"
The game kicks off in the early hours of Thursday morning and is live on MUTV, with United hoping to get off to a winning start in pre season with their bid to get back to their best next season firmly in place.
The Red Devils will face strong opposition in LA Galaxy, as former Spurs man Robbie Keane and USA’s golden boy Landon Donovan ply their trade there.
But knowing they have ambassador of the sport Beckham in their corner will be a boost for the side, certainly wanting to impress for him and new manager Louis van Gaal, who will coach his first game in charge here.
Time to impress
Rooney more than anyone is wanting to impress, as he is one of the players in contention to take the vacant captain’s armband for next season, so an outstanding performance would be perfect for the player.
