Texas Tech coach Kliff Kinsbury has become famous around college sports for his similar appearance to Ryan Gosling and just generally the recognition of a handsome man.

Kingsbury is a sharped dressed individual and received national recognition for his striking similarities to actor Ryan Gosling, all of this meaning that he and the Texas Tech football team have gained a lot of new followers as of late.

With all the attention the 34-year old coach is receiving, Sports Nation got together with Kingsbury and asked him to record a video of himself reading out some very flattering and complimentary tweets he receives through his official twitter account.

Here is how it went:

Despite Kingsbury obviously feeling rather uncomfortable reading out gushy tweets directed at him, its interesting to see the kind of attention the man must receive on a daily basis from adoring female fans.

It seems that you don't have to support the Texas Tech Red Raiders or even be a fan of college football to show appreciation to the head coach of the University.

Credit has to go to Kingsbury who was gracious enough to embarrass himself with the video segment put together by Sports Nation, it was all in good fun.

However, don't feel too sorry for the man who is being compared to Ryan Gosling of all people, there could be much worse curses to deal with.

Kingsbury may get eventually bothered by the media attention constantly surrounding his appearance rather than his football team, he will be looking to improve the Red Raiders this season and get everyone talking about his ability as a coach rather than his celebrity lookalike.
