For years now NBA teams have been looking to position themselves to make a huge impact in the 2014 NBA Free Agency, since it promised to be one of the best classes in history.

With the likes of Carmelo Anthony, LeBron James and the rest of the Miami Heat’s “Big Three” – plus a few other stars - hitting the open market, it’s safe to say teams were spoilt for choice.

In a perfect world, teams would get the players they sought after and every player would get a huge pay day. But we’re not in that world, unfortunately. Not everyone can get the desired outcome.

We've already taken a look at the winners of the frenzy, now let's see who came out of the process a little worse for wear.
