Shaquille O'Neal is a colourful character and a very different personality to your average NBA analyst.

Terrible Teammate

Well nothing is set to change here with the reveal of what the big, big man used to get up to during his playing days.

In an interview with Henry Abbott from TrueHoop, former Phoenix Suns coach Alvin Gentry shared a tale of just what it was like to be a teammate of the Big Shaqtu, and it sounds horrifying.

Naked Wrestling Contests

"The thing that he did that he got to be notorious for is that, every few days or every week or so, he would decided that it was time for this Brazilian naked wrestling contest.

"You didn't know who the chosen one was, but what would happen when you least expect it, this 7-foot, 310-pound guy would turn the corner, and he would be stark naked and he would run right at you full speed, grab you, he would take you to the floor and then he would do about five rollovers with you.

"And he would always tell our trainers who it was going to be, so they were always prepared for it, but you never knew who it was going to be."

Too Far

Coach Gentry even mentioned that Shaq would take him for a tumble. No one was out of bounds for the big man, and Gentry would just let it happen. No one can stop Shaq from doing something that he wants too, literally.

But it seems like the now-retired O'Neal may want to tone down his act. The TNT analyst has been sued twice in recent times, firstly by a crew worker on the television show who claimed Shaq injured him after being pulled to the ground from behind, and secondly by a man with a facial deformity who was upset Shaq made fun of his appearance on Instagram.
