An interesting night on Smackdown on Friday as the highly anticipated decision from Dean Ambrose and a new super heavyweight tag team was formed.
Monday night on RAW, Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins competed in a beat the clock challenge with the winner being given the privilege of choosing the stipulation for their match at Summer Slam.
After Ambrose pulled out the victory against Alberto Del Rio he played a key part in Heath Slater pulling off an upset victory over Rollins later that night.
As a result, Ambrose started Smackdown in the ring to make his announcement before he was interrupted by Rollins.
Ambrose announced that the match at Summer Slam will be a lumberjack match which poses many interesting questions for the upcoming Pay-Per-View.
Rollins also announced that Ambrose would take on Randy Orton later that night in a match that would not end well for the former Shield member.
That would not be Rollins only involvement in the show though as he also stepped into the ring against Dolph Ziggler.
A very interesting new tag team surfaced on Smackdown as the Big Show returned to the show and teamed up with Mark Henry to take on RybAxel.
RybAxel had been on a bad run before this match and their downfall is expected to be anytime soon but could they match up to the WWE's two biggest guys?
Another instalment of the Big E vs Rusev collection took place on Smackdown with Big E once again failing to overcome the Bulgarian Brute.
Paige had a very short but impressive performance against Natalya as she forced the victory by submission on her road to Summer Slam.
Damian Sandow has been posing as some very interesting characters in recent months and his new persona on Friday night was perhaps his bravest.
