New Baltimore Ravens Wide Receiver Steve Smith has been talking about his new team and why he feels he fits in more in Baltimore than with his former team.
Smith who played for the Carolina Panthers last season is preparing for his first year of Ravens football and has given us an insight to the Ravens defensive mentality.
Smith has been a big topic this NFL off-season and even inspired one of our favourite YouTube videos of a younger Panthers fan (as seen below).
Now looking ahead of the upcoming season, Smith has been talking about how he fits in in the Ravens camp.
Smith has already got somewhat of a reputation for going on rants and this time he hasn't saved it for the field.
When he sat down to talk to CSN Baltimore he was asked why the Ravens are a better suitor for him.
He recalls the sign in the Ravens defensive meeting room which reads "Play Like a Raven; Baltimore Ravens: We Build Bullies."
He said: "We go in there and we take your lunch box. We take your sandwich. We take your juice box. We take your applesauce. And we take your spork and we break it."
Smith then expanded by claiming "That's the Baltimore Raven way, that's the bully way and that's football."
Football may not be filled with bullies - unless you're in Miami anyway, but according to Smith, Baltimore sure is and they will need to be nothing short of bullies to relive the success of 2012.
A big year ahead
With the Ravens set to take on the Dallas Cowboys in their second pre-season encounter, they are currently still enjoying their victory in week one.
Week one brought about a replay of the Ravens greatest game where they faced off against the San Francisco 49ers in a repeat of Super Bowl XLVII.
After becoming world champions, the Ravens only managed an 8-8 record which saw them fail to qualify for the post-season.
They will be hoping to improve this season as a second season without play-off football could be hazardous for the coaching staff.
