Bully (Bubba) Ray Dudley has walked out of TNA, and with his 'Brother' D-Von coming to the end of his contract, they will soon be free agents. The WWE should capitalise on this and sign them as soon as possible.
The Dudley Boys were a staple of the thriving tag team division of the Attitude era, who can possibly forget the TLC matches with The Hardy's and Edge & Christian, having them back has loads of benefits.
Triple H seems to constantly yo-yo on the idea of pushing the tag division, with the Usos just treading water at the moment, having back the Dudleys will bring some more competition and legitimacy to the WWE.
They were also insanely popular when last under contract with the WWE, and absence only makes the heart grow fonder, imagine the pop they will receive when there theme hits and we hear "D-VON, GET THE TABLES."
Since we last saw the pair in 2005 Bully Ray has developed into one of the best heels in world wrestling, he has always been brilliant on the mic, he was never really allowed to show it in the WWE - but it's his wrestling ability that has improved the most.
He flourished as a singles wrestler, and has help carry TNA as it continues it's slow death, but he knows how to work a solid singles match now - he wrestles as his name suggests. A bully.
With Brock Lesnar now the dominant champion, we can't expect Bully Ray to go straight back in the title picture (if he does return at all), but he can be used to help build up Reigns if he really is the chosen one.
The pair didn't leave on good terms nearly a decade ago, but we have seen stranger things happen, who would have honestly thought Ultimate Warrior and Bruno Sammartino would make appearances in the WWE again.
Triple H to his credit is great at rebuilding bridges that were once blown apart by his father-in-law, and there's no reason why he wouldn't want to bring back the due, that helped reinvent tag-team wrestling.
There's a number of fresh feuds waiting for them on their return, the Dudley Boys vs the Wyatt Family stands out in particular, but a feud against the Usos will be massively beneficial to the young twins.
At this stage we can only speculate and hope that the attitude era stars make a return, but I for once would love to see the 3D just one more time on Monday Night RAW.
