Ever since Ryback posted that cryptic Twitter message earlier this week regarding his WWE future there have been many rumours about the former four time champion.
He tweeted: “Going away for a while to get some stuff fixed. Have not been myself for quite some time.”
This tweet was accompanied by a picture of both his and CM Punk's action figures with the tag line "Sorry Punk."
Many though that this was a hint and an apology from Ryback for a move he had performed wrong on CM Punk during one of their many matches in their feud the year before, but the tweet was subsequently deleted quite quickly and wasn't explained, meaning the powers that be did not approve of whatever message it was sending.
This has lead to a lot of speculation surrounding the superstar and finally on Main Event this week Adam Rose told the WWE Universe and Ryback's tag partner Curtis Axel that he was infact injured.
As well as this Ryback posted a video to Youtube yesterday entitled: "Thank you WWE Universe #Ryback #TheBigGuy" and in this video he was in a hospital bed and told his fans that he has been wrestling for a while with injuries.
He goes on to say that he will recover from various hernia's and strained groins, he said: "The big guy is coming back in a big way, and when he does everyone is going to know because Ryback Rules."
Ryback isn't the only member of the WWE roster currently in hospital as the sad news regarding WWE Hall of Famer Jake "The Snake" Roberts was announced last night as fans were told he is currently in a hospital in Los Vegas with reported "Double Pneumonia, a mass on the brain and fluid on his lungs."
Roberts is said to be currently unconscious as doctors run tests on him just months after he was given the all clear after battling muscular cancer. Surgery for the cancer was immanent and it was announced just last month that he was all clear.
This is more tragic news for the WWE Universe to take just months after the loss of 2014 WWE Hall of Famer The Ultimate Warrior, but the prayers of many of the Universe and the WWE Roster as a whole are with the former WCW and ECW wrestler and his family to help them through his battle.
