The new Premier League season has begun in earnest and the release of FIFA 15 is following hotly on its heels, but not everyone is too happy about the games developer's player ratings, just in time for the release of the EA Sports title's Top 50 Player Ratings.

Over the next few days, the FIFA 15 makers will be letting eager gamers know exactly which players are currently occupying the places reserved only for the best players in the game, something which has become very important for the hordes of football gaming fanatics that play it.

The top 50 will start a few arguments

EA haven't yet released the full Top 50, but have today revealed numbers 50-41, before releasing the next ten tomorrow, and so on and so forth. They have also released a video featuring a number of Premier League stars complaining that the developers had got their attributes ratings all wrong and wanted changes made to FIFA 15.

In the 50-41 list of the game's best players, one factor stands out - Juan Mata of Manchester United is rated better than Cesc Fabregas of Chelsea. There will be more than a few people disputing that, not to mention the former Arsenal captain himself.

Fabregas' teammate at Stamford Bridge, Eden Hazard, is one of the players in the video bemoaning what he thinks are lower than accurate numbers. The Belgium international is joined by an especially disgruntled Rio Ferdinand, Manchester City Samir Nasri and an embarrassed Andros Townsend.
