Arsenal transfer news: PSG starlet rules out Gunners move

Published Add your comment

Supporters at the Emirates Stadium are crying out for Arsene Wenger to make defensive additions in the January transfer window, but it would appear that the Frenchman will have to return to the drawing board before he considers doing so. That specific turn of events has come about after rising Paris Saint-Germain star Adrien Rabiot made it clear that he has his heart set on joining AS Roma when the restraints on the market are lifted, and not Arsenal. For the duration of the summer both Chelsea and the Gunners have been linked with attempts to entice Rabiot to the Premier League, with Wenger’s experience in nurturing promising French talent thought have afforded him the advantage. Indeed the most recent comments coming from the powers that be at PSG seemed to confirm that the defender-come-midfielder is determined to leave the Parc des Princes, but it’s bad news for Arsenal, as he won’t be heading to north London.
