The WWE's social media presence is one of the best in the world amongst sports brands/ TV shows.

They find ways of exciting the WWE Universe  through various Social Media techniques and Twitter has become their main platform.

On Friday, they released their newest cryptic tweet which now has WWE fans surely buzzing more for RAW on Monday than arguably Night of Champions on Sunday night.

The Tweet was sent out on Friday and simply reads: "You've waited long enough... Prepare yourself for the next generation. 9/22/2014"

That was tweeted by the WWE's official Twitter page and lets face it, it could have many different connotations.

However, the WWE's current biggest name, Roman Reigns has backed the tweet up by tweeting himself saying: "The next generation kicks the door of the @WWEUniverse wide open. 9/22/2014. Be there!!!"

So what could it be? Well the tweets along with a specific piece on wwe.com may have answered the riddle for us.

WWE's next generation

It appears that many of the NXT superstars are the answer to the riddle with superstars such as Adrian Neville, Sami Zayn, Fergal Steen, Kevin Steen and newest sensation Hideo Itami all being featured on wwe.com yesterday.

They were all featured on the official site as one big interview where they were discussing their 'generation' and the hard work they put in behind the scenes of NXT.

The full interview can be found here as the stars of the 'next generation'  discuss their WWE journey so far.

A big Monday night

This coming Monday's episode of RAW was already set to be a big night for two reasons, now we can make it three.

First of all, the night after a Pay-Per-View event is always eventful and with Night of Champions hosting several high profile matches, there should be a big fallout.

A WWE superstar who has been out for several weeks is also making his return on RAW next week, unless of course, Dean Ambrose makes a shock appearance at Night of Champions.

Now with the new tweet being pushed by the WWE and Powerhouse Roman Reigns, it seems that this Monday night will host a big few hours for the entire WWE Universe.
